I have been a DJ for more than a decade. It is a wonderful creative musical outlet and expression. You're probably wondering why this might matter when it comes to UX/UI design. There are a lot of similarities.
DJs must read the crowd and adjust their music selection accordingly. This skill translates to UX design, where understanding user needs and behaviors is crucial for creating engaging user experiences.
Additionally, a DJ often crafts a narrative through their set, connecting tracks to evoke emotions or tell a story. Similarly, UX design can benefit from a narrative approach, helping users understand and relate to the product. I am passionate about DJing and I am passionate about design.
